About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and sales support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist customers in finding the right devices and plans to meet their connectivity needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the retail team
