About the Role

We're seeking an Executive Growth Strategist to join our Canada team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building. Your goal will be to maximize SpotHero's parking supply across assigned markets, collaborating with other Revenue Team functions to optimize performance.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our parking partners, ensuring they get the most out of the SpotHero platform. This includes analyzing and optimizing parking supply, developing productive long-term relationships, and leading clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across assigned markets
  • Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders
  • Develop and nurture productive long-term client and industry relationships
  • Lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach
  • Meet goals around optimizations (add inventory, better/more rates, improve UX), generally improving SpotHero's supply
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to regularly communicate with existing partners to ensure operations are running as smoothly as possible
  • Onboard and train new clients, empowering them to manage their day-to-day requests via SpotHero's various account management tools
  • Partner with Marketplace Operations to ensure client requests are addressed quickly and effectively
  • Nurture long-term industry relationships and build trust with clients, ensuring they get the maximum value out of the SpotHero platform
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a strong background in sales and/or account management, preferably with 3+ years of experience. You should have a proven track record of consultative sales solution skills, with a unique ability to understand client needs.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. We also prefer candidates with CRM experience, particularly in Salesforce, and BI Tool experience, especially in Looker.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
