Seeking a skilled and trained Skincare Therapist to provide exceptional service and results to our clients. As a Senior Skincare Therapist at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world.


You will customize each facial to your client's individual needs, prescribe our professional skincare products, and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, greeting and following up with every client, and building a treatment plan and explaining the treatment to each client before beginning service.



Responsibilities

  • Customer Service - Greet and follow up with every client
  • Treatment Planning - Build a treatment plan and explain the treatment to each client before beginning service
  • Product Recommendations - Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases and prescribe next treatment and pull products for clients to purchase
  • Cleaning and Sanitation - Uphold the highest cleaning, sanitation, and illness prevention standards
  • Waxing and Laser Services - Face and body waxing for all genders and face and body laser hair removal for all genders
  • Massage and Body Wraps - Relaxation body massage and body wraps services
  • Product Knowledge - Willingness to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines
  • Professional Environment - Maintain a professional work environment and appearance


Qualifications

  • Canadian Esthetic Diploma - Required, with diploma program including massage training
  • Dermalogica Certification - Dermalogica D.N.A courses
  • Waxing and Brazilian Training - Experience with waxing and Brazilian services
  • Effective Sales Techniques - Strong sales skills and retail experience an asset
  • Customer Service Skills - Outstanding customer service skills
  • Schedule Flexibility - Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Team Player - Strong team player
