As a CRM Business Operations Analyst at Lakhos, you will be responsible for participating in identifying needs, defining implementation strategies, developing solution designs, configuring solutions according to best practices, and overseeing integrations or custom development.

  • You will advise clients on understanding the added value of digital technology and CRM infrastructure.
  • Work directly with clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring project success.
  • Contribute to project implementation by engaging clients in strategic workshops to ensure project steps are respected.
  • Maintain well-documented requirements collected from clients and participate in regular updates.
  • Ensure various models support the understanding of client needs (mapping business processes, ecosystems, and data exchanges).
  • Research and resolve issues with RevOps consultants and develop solutions based on the HubSpot CRM solution and other connected third-party tools to meet client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing operations.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes using BPMN.
  • Proven ability to work with internal teams on projects.
  • Ability to research system requirements and determine configuration steps.
