About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Artemis Design Ltd. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Operations and Administration
    • Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
    • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our bar and increase sales
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
