Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd. in light housekeeping and cleaning duties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various locations, including residential settings.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They must be able to stand for extended periods, handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent position with a varying schedule, requiring the associate to work 30 to 44 hours per week. The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking for a stable and rewarding career in housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle lost and found items
  • Assist guests with requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Punctuality and dependability
