Job Description

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front office department and supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of all departments. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and other operational aspects of the hotel
  • Fill in for vacant shifts and assist with payroll processing as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue management systems
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
