Company Overview

We are an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing, and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). Our strategically-located facilities enable us to separate NGL from natural gas and fractionate NGL into pure liquid petroleum gas (LPG) products, including propane and butane.

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will develop effective relationships with executive and senior leadership to proactively solve business problems and achieve business goals through pragmatic, data-driven HR solutions. This role requires a strong ability to build trust, foster effective relationships, and influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD TRUST: Develop effective relationships with executive and senior leadership to influence and achieve business results.
  • CONSULTATION: Consult with assigned business groups, stakeholders, and HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to identify business needs.
  • DATA ANALYSIS: Collate and interpret data to develop solutions that improve team relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and employee retention.
  • CHANGE LEADERSHIP: Lead change by partnering with executive and senior leadership on planning, implementing, and communicating necessary changes involving employees.
  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Lead the implementation of annual HR programs within the assigned client groups.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURE: Provide guidance and project management on organizational restructures and workforce planning.
Employee Relations

The HR Business Partner will also consult with executive and senior leadership on employee relations issues and provide guidance where appropriate. They will conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or similar role with a focus on partnering with senior leaders and performance consulting.
  • Able to travel up to 15%, mostly to the US for team and client meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
