Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team at Rathor Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the best course of action to repair or replace automotive units after consulting with supervisors.
  • Conduct thorough testing of automotive systems and components to diagnose issues.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive and truck-trailer systems as needed.
  • Perform repairs or replacements of mechanical units or components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications for quality and safety.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on work performed and future maintenance requirements.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of mechanical systems and their applications in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some post-secondary education or training in a related field being an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to relocate for work, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
