Job Description

The Operations Supervisor, Logistics Hub is accountable for delivering exceptional results to their immediate superior. This role involves managing operations, optimizing fleet capacity, planning driver schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving operational issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor operations under supervision;
  • Manage and optimize the assigned fleet's capacity;
  • Plan drivers' schedules and ensure availability;
  • Demonstrate respect and fairness in interactions with drivers;
  • Verify dock handlers' quality;
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction;
  • Solve operational problems and manage unforeseen events;
  • Participate in administrative tasks inherent to the position;
  • Update customer information systems.
Requirements:
  • Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in transportation logistics or equivalent experience;
  • 1 year experience in a similar position;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Proficiency in Office suite;
  • Advanced level in spoken and written French;
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
