Business Analyst Opportunity at Arc'teryx

As a Business Analyst at Arc'teryx, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the discovery of business requirements and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business objectives and align with product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation and user stories.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Work closely with the development squad to plan, groom, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Support the testing and validation of system changes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, retail, or omni-channel environments.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and working in dynamic, iterative development environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, customer data analytics, and loyalty programs.
  • Experience working with teams that have built and shipped loyalty products and features.
  • Background in the outdoor apparel or retail industry.
