Director of Property Management

Colliers International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Property Management to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of property management professionals, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure exemplary client service and deep relationships with clients.
- Manage a large and diverse team of individuals in the Quebec region, guiding and directing them to achieve business goals.
- Conduct revenue/expense analyses and provide corporate management reports as required.
- Collaborate with the VP Finance and Leasing to develop and manage property management and construction teams in Quebec.
- Seek opportunities to expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and target clients.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BCOM) with a business emphasis.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry, including experience in managing office and retail properties.
- Minimum of 5 years' leadership and financial management experience with a significant emphasis on asset management.
- Continuous commitment to understanding the commercial real estate industry and Colliers' stature in the local market.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
