About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and developing a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
