About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Guy LeBlanc Enterprises (1984) Limited as a Clothing Sorter Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for examining fabric or products for conformity to quality standards, grading products, and sorting products by style, color, size, length, or other criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection: Examine fabric or products for conformity to quality standards.
  • Product Grading: Grade products based on quality and condition.
  • Product Sorting: Sort products by style, color, size, length, or other criteria.
  • Textile Products Handling: Handle textile products for inspection, grading, or sampling.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working in a clothing store environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
