Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – Chinook Centre, Calgary, AB

Deliver Inspirational Retail Experiences

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to provide exceptional customer experiences in our LEGO store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system
  • Flexibility to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates
  • Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
