Job Description

Pizza Hut is seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish objectives: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization: Represent Pizza Hut in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select senior staff: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail: Possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized: Be highly organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Team player: Possess a strong team player mentality.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience: Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position: Be available to work a permanent position.
  • English language: Be fluent in English as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 hours per week: Be available to work 35 hours per week.
