We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewal Underwriter to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with underwriters to manage renewal business and endorsements.
- Perform underwriting support functions, including gathering information, quoting, and negotiating with brokers.
- Use company strategy to retain existing business and contribute to team goals.
- Handle endorsements, cancellations, and premium calculations with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with brokers via email and phone.
Requirements:
- Level 1 General Insurance License (or actively pursuing).
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $45,000-$52,000 CAD annually and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
