Job Description
The Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for turning store visitors into committed Freedom Mobile customers through building genuine connections and providing personalized support.
A Typical Day
Your day will be spent engaging with customers, promoting and selling Freedom Mobile services, and creating meaningful interactions through product demos, general device support, and other inquiries.
You will be an integral part of a welcoming and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition for sales incentives. As you reach your personal and professional goals, you'll enjoy being part of a team that succeeds and celebrates together.

- The position is a unionized role, and the starting salary stipulated in the collective agreement is $ per hour plus commissions.
