Support Services Operations Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative data entry tasks, including client setup, location management, and service parameter configuration.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support through phone and email communications.
  • Update pricing, durations, and create new services to meet client needs.
  • Manage client announcements, round generation, and black-out dates/times according to client agreements.
  • Validate client data, including work order generation in data systems.
  • Ensure accurate billing and maintain client documentation.
  • Monitor client deadlines, audit scores, and schedule re-audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide world-class service to clients.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
