Business Solutions Analyst with SAP Expertise

Le Groupe Océan inc. seeks a skilled Business Solutions Analyst to lead the application lifecycle of its information systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding information systems strategies and ensuring consistency between operational components.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to produce configuration specifications and functional design documents that meet business requirements.
  • With your expertise in SAP configuration, you will guide and collaborate with programmers, SAP Basis administrators or analysts on configurations and functional designs.
  • You will resolve design development issues, diagnose problems, and document corrective actions for future reference.
  • In addition, you will document system usage to support super users and process owners, collaborate on knowledge transfer, and document business processes.
  • As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will also conduct unit tests, record results, and assist super users and process owners in conducting acceptance trials and operational testing.

Management and Maintenance

  • Define implementation plans, including deployment, and actively participate in deployment, coordination, and standardization.
  • Contribute to the architecture of solutions, apply and ensure compliance with required standards, and work to evolve processes while remaining aligned with company priorities.
  • Act as an expert in your field, providing opinions and advice, influencing the standardization of business processes, and developing your area of expertise by monitoring the evolution of standards and best practices.

Planning and Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or information technology, and have at least 10 years of relevant experience as a FICO.
  • Experience with design, implementation, configuration, development, support, and training in FI-CO modules, as well as knowledge of Cash Management, Investment Management, ECCS, Concur, and IBPF, would be an asset.
  • You should possess strong English and French language skills, both written and oral, and be recognized as a positive influence in the workplace.
