Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Prominent Homes Edmonton Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tilesetters, painters, and decorators.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
  • Train and mentor staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
