We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our market development activities in Eastern Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for direct promotion of insulated panels to architects, designers, engineers, and owners. They will conduct research and create targeted activities to align efforts with growth initiatives to support NIPG brands in the market. Additionally, they will conduct lunch and learns with the targeted customer base, attend and present NIPG products at local, regional, and national tradeshows and CSC events. Travel within geographically assigned markets to develop basis of design specifications is also a requirement. This position oversees the ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, and PE demographics.

Key responsibilities include providing follow-up on all leads generated through marketing efforts, supporting pipeline management activities through the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and actively communicating with our brand's sales teams. The successful candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and influence outcomes with customers.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional sales role, preferably with experience in architecture, engineering, or design, is required. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical and interpersonal skill sets, as well as knowledge of the construction process, practices, procedures, and documents. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
