BOSTON PIZZA SQUAMISH is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training new hires, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage

As a Food Service Supervisor at BOSTON PIZZA SQUAMISH, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
