Chief Executive Officer - Financial Communications and Other Business Services Job

Salary: $65.00 per hour

This is a key leadership role at CLevelCrossing, responsible for overseeing financial communications and other business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Communications: Develop and implement effective financial communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Data Management: Oversee data processing and computer systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  4. Security: Conduct regular criminal record checks to ensure the security and safety of the organization.
  5. Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Travel: Willingness to relocate as required by the organization.
  7. Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent Oral Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Ability to write clear and concise reports, emails, and other written correspondence.
  • Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Senior Management Skills:
  • Resource Allocation: Ability to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Ability to establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Department Establishment: Ability to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Staff Selection: Ability to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Policy Formulation: Ability to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Ability to represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

Job Criteria:

  4. Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
  5. Overnight Travel: None.
  6. Vacation Time: Less than 2 weeks per year.
