Strategic Business Leader for Financial Communications

Salary: $65.00 per hour
This is a key leadership role at CLevelCrossing, responsible for overseeing financial communications and other business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Communications: Develop and implement effective financial communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 people, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Data Management: Oversee data processing and computer systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Security: Conduct regular criminal record checks to ensure the security and safety of the organization.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Travel: Willingness to relocate as required by the organization.

- Excellent Oral Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Excellent Written Communication Skills: Ability to write clear and concise reports, emails, and other written correspondence.

- Department Establishment: Ability to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Staff Selection: Ability to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Policy Formulation: Ability to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Ability to represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

- Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Overnight Travel: None.
