About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Century 21 King's Quay Real Estate Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our business services and products
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
    • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Communications
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders
    • Create and disseminate marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
    • Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries
  • Project Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective project delivery
    • Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and team leadership
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
    • Experience with project management and budgeting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools
