Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT and Cyber Security support and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various IT and Cyber Security systems, including Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, MAC OS, iOS, Mimecast, Arctic Wolf, Sentinel One, Forescout, Forcepoint, Duo, and Okta.
  • Complete tickets and support users directly whenever needed, both remotely and on-site.
  • Provide onboarding services to new employees, including central services and contact centre management staff.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for our outsourced Help Desk.
  • Serve as an IT Subject Matter Expert and technical resource on projects.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with desktop support and provide backup to the Desktop Support Technician role.
  • Be available for occasional evening and weekend work for emergency troubleshooting and project launches.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess relevant technical certifications, such as Microsoft or CISSP.
  • Have hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, VMware, SANs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, networking, MAC OS, and iOS.
  • Be familiar with cyber security tools, such as Mimecast, Arctic Wolf, Sentinel One, Forescout, Forcepoint, Duo, and Okta.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a self-starter with strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Have great organizational and time management skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
