Sales Coordinator Role

The Sales Coordinator role at Wella is a dynamic position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as reporting, form completion, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with tasks such as reporting, form completion, and event coordination.
  • Work closely with the National Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of various customer forms and projects/meetings/events.
  • Run daily and monthly sales reports and create other reports as needed.
  • Collect, track, and analyze consumption data.
  • Assist with event coordination tasks such as ordering items for and assembling gift bags, venue/hotel/restaurant bookings and invitation management.
  • Manage a P-card for business-related expenses such as meeting/event bookings, and DSC incentives.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Familiar with SAP, PowerBI, BW, social media platforms
  • Excellent reporting and organizational skills for sales reports, expense reports, itineraries, etc.
  • Flexible and can easily adapt to change.
  • High standards of customer service and professional conduct, internally and externally.
