We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at WHITE SPOT RESTAURANT. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
You will be responsible for supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
