Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our site crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other site structures.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of tower cranes.
  • Participate in site cleanup and waste management activities.
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
What We Offer
