Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team at SMART EDGE IMMIGRATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Provide customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client focus
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
