About the Role

Fresca Clean Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
