Lead Food Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of customer satisfaction and quality control are met.
- You will lead a team of 3-4 staff members, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers, providing guidance and training in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient task allocation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Hire and manage food service staff, conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Degree equivalent or secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Possession of a Food Safety Certificate is essential.
- Familiarity with culinary genres and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client focus, interpersonal skills, and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
