About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for performing corporate tax work, including preparing and reviewing tax provisions, income and other tax returns, tax research and consulting, tax planning and analysis, leading tax engagements, and managing tax audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax provisions, income and other tax returns
  • Conduct tax research and consulting
  • Develop and implement tax planning and analysis strategies
  • Lead tax engagements and manage tax audits
  • Review and improve tax processes

About You:

  • University degree in finance or accounting or relevant working experience
  • At least two years of Canadian Corporate tax experience
  • CPA or equivalent, or Master of Taxation
  • Completion of CICA In-Depth Tax Courses Level 1 & 2

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000/year
