Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations at MAURYA EAST INDIAN ROTI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire food preparation process, from planning menus and estimating food requirements to supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory records.
This is a permanent position offering 30 hours of work per week with English as the primary working language.
About the role:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Determine the size of food portions and costs to optimize menu pricing.
- Plan menus that meet customer demands while ensuring profitability.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance on food preparation and handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and organize kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
About you:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a senior chef or executive chef role.
- You possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are dependable, flexible, and have strong time management skills.
- You are an organized individual who can maintain accurate records and reports.
- You are a team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
