Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to learn and train in pastry preparation and presentation.
