About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Leader to join our team at 3001 TC USA Services Inc. As a key member of our Corporate Services Finance Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support corporate services functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of financial analysts in developing and implementing financial planning processes that drive informed decision-making and strategic planning for corporate services.
  • Oversee the financial planning process for OM&A expenses and project-related expenses, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Develop advanced financial models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial forecasts with operational goals and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management and business partners.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000-$150,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a hybrid work model and flexible dress code for our eligible office-based workforce in Canada.
