Job Overview

This is a seasonal part-time position that requires availability for all types of shifts (mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends). As a key member of our sales team, you will produce sales and profits by achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to expand your experience in retail while selling our award-winning chocolate products.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating incredible customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoying the satisfaction of meeting sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve sales targets through effective product knowledge and strong customer relationships
  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients
  • To maintain a high level of store appearance and presentation, adhering to company standards
  • To participate in visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays and in-store promotions
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for periods of time, and be energetic and enjoy meeting new people. The ability to work well under pressure and multitask is essential.

A strong understanding of customer behavior and buying patterns would be beneficial, as well as previous retail experience. However, we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and industries to apply.
