Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our team at K-Town Carpets and Flooring Ltd. in Calgary, AB.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing contracts, performing data entry, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to our business operations.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
