Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technologist to join our team at Active Green Ross. As an Automotive Technologist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, confirming findings with a supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units, and adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the cause of malfunctions and implement repairs
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
- Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
