Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team at MCI, LC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to customers and understand their needs
• Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
• Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills
• Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
