About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Education Perfect. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and adoption of our products in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global go-to-market plans for new products and features in the Canadian market, working closely with regional sales, customer success, and curriculum leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain market-specific buyer and user personas, and optimize our overall value proposition for the region.
  • Drive the adoption of strategic product behaviors and support the launch of new features and product offerings.
  • Analyze user data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pedagogy and the adoption of technology in education.
  • Support the understanding of product-market fit and provide input into product development and roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in Education/Ed-Tech with a deep understanding of pedagogy and the relevant Canadian provincial education systems (desirable).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
