Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biological Technician to join our team at DMV Génétique Services inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and sample analyses, as well as maintaining medical laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process biological samples from patients
  • Document observations and results of tests
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and sample analyses
  • Maintain medical laboratory equipment and ensure quality control
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. biology, biochemistry)
  • Experience in a laboratory setting (preferably in a research institute or laboratory)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
