Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Monde Development Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Provide customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
