Job Description:

This role involves working in collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to deliver an injectable opioid agonist treatment program for individuals with opioid use disorder.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health care disciplines and their role in client care.
  • Ability to clinically support clients with mental health and substance use issues and addiction.
  • Demonstrated physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
