Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Job Description:

The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Risk Governance Leader to join our team and help us drive financial innovation. As a key member of our Model Risk Management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our Model Risk Management Framework (MRMF) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions about model risk governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and provide strategic input on the MRMF
• Keep management apprised of relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Support stakeholders in developing and enhancing model risk-related policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Develop and maintain templates for model documentation, model reviews, model risk classification, and rating
• Ensure stakeholders develop effective and risk-based model risk controls and processes throughout the model life cycle
• Design effective model risk dashboards and reports on key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a Master's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 10 years of experience in model risk management within financial institutions, as well as excellent knowledge of model risk management principles and practices, regulatory requirements, and industry practices. You should also be proficient in using MS Office and other reporting tools like Power BI. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for this role.
