Job Description
  • Provide professional phone consultations to prospective clients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns about our treatment programs.
  • Conduct intensive assessments and make clinical recommendations for treatment, working closely with medical and clinical staff to ensure seamless admissions processes.
  • Proactively manage client cases, communicating with clients, family members, referents, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Act as liaison between community referral agents, EAP representatives, and occupational health organizations, providing necessary information and support.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Building relationships with clients, family members, and referral sources, fostering trust and confidence in our organization.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance client care and outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including medical and clinical staff, to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment planning.
  • Managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software systems.
  • A proven track record of results, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
