Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Windows, and other software applications
  • Knowledge of intranet and internet protocols
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week.
