We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Sales Agent. As a representative of The Acquisition Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading sales and marketing firm that specializes in client acquisitions.

About the Role

As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for educating customers about our client TELUS Communications' products and services, making outbound calls to create awareness in the community, and taking inbound calls to solve customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred
