  2. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  3. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  4. Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  5. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  7. Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The incumbent will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods and perform a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
