Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D2D Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with food service counter attendants and food preparers to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of culinary genres and customer service principles.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as walk frequently.
